Project description

In order to facilitate the Oversite Development Project above Moorgate LUL station existing services were required to be diverted to enable new piles to be installed throughout various locations.

Delatim were contracted to carry out the Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Comms diversions and associated Premises works. In order to minimize the impact on the operational railway the works were sequenced and split into separate packages.

  • Installation of new OLBI, LUL, and DNO submains, including associated Circuit Protective Conductor (CPC) cabling.
  • Completion of approximately 25 supply isolations and changeovers from existing to new electrical supplies.
  • Full fit-out of mechanical and electrical (M&E), fire, and communications systems within the new Connect Communications Equipment Room (CER).
  • Enabling works for Public Address (PA) and CCTV systems throughout back-of-house areas.
  • Installation of LED lighting within the ventilation shaft and other back-of-house rooms.
