Scope of Works
Heating & Cooling
- Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of 2 new VRF systems providing cooling to the staff accommodation and equipment rooms housing critical equipment on the mezzanine, ground floor and B1 and B2 levels.
- Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of 2 new mini VRF systems providing cooling to the Northern Line Platform rooms.
- Installation of Wall mounted electric heaters.
Public Health and Pumped Drainage
- Domestic Water services (Hot & Cold)
- Pumped drainage including all associated equipment
- Sump pumps and controls
- Gravity drainage including all associated equipment

Collaboration
